Summary: Room 19 was a cave in the basement, they say ground floor. No window. No ventilation possible. Almost no daylight. Only patio door with no view. Electric light always needed even during the day. Had nothing to do with the illuminated friendly photos. The lady handed over the key on the terrace and disappeared within 3 seconds. She knew why. I did not receive the free breakfast as a promised for Silver member. And no, I didn't book a 5 star or the superior room. But the photos promise a friendly, bright room which the reality does not offer. Was glad to get away again. If the management responds to this, they will certainly blame the stupid customer again who demands far too much and doesn't want to pay anything.
